The Confetti Code Box

What does a Confetti Code box include?

Every holiday will be slightly different, but most boxes will contain the following:

- (8) 10.5 inch plates
- (8) 9 inch plates
- (8) decorative plates
- (8) napkins
- (8) cups
- (10) straws
- (8) sets of utensils
- (1) table runner
- (1) themed banner
- (1) set of themed paper fans
- additional themed decor items & bonuses

Everything will come wrapped up in tissue paper in a festive Confetti Code box, which makes it perfect for gifting or as a purchase for your own family!

Subscriptions

When will I receive my Confetti Code box?

We know you are excited (we can't wait either!) so we try to get your box to you as quickly as possible - see the shipping schedule below.

For our subscribers, we aim to deliver your box 3-4 weeks prior to the upcoming holiday!

What are my payment & subscription options?

We offer three different payment & subscription options, so you're sure to find one that works best for you!

1. Single Holiday Box: When you just need to focus on one holiday at a time! Purchase a single box for the upcoming holiday - no subscription required.

2. Recurring Holiday Subscription: This is our "pay-as-you-go" option. Billed per holiday, your subscription will automatically renew after each holiday. Skip, pause or cancel any time!

3. VIP Annual Membership: This is our annual prepaid option. Pay up front for 6-8 holidays and receive a significant discount off of our regular prices. This subscription will automatically renew every year unless you cancel.

What holidays are included in the subscription?

Currently, our subscription plans include: Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve.

When will my subscription renew?

If you sign-up for our recurring holiday ("pay-as-you-go") subscription, you will automatically be charged approximately 10 days before each box ships, depending on the holiday (see the 2025 Holiday Schedule below). Your subscription will auto-renew after each holiday. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time. Once the subscription renews, refunds will not be honored. 

If you sign-up for an annual prepaid membership, your subscription will auto-renew on the anniversary of the first holiday you signed up for. 

Can I skip a holiday or pause my subscription?

Yes! Simply log in to your customer portal to manage your subscription.

All requests MUST be made prior to the box billing.   

How do I cancel my subscription?

Wait - don't go! Please email us at hello@theconfetticode.com so we can fix any issues, we want to help and keep you as a customer if we can!

We are also happy to PAUSE your subscription so you remain in line for upcoming boxes at your current price, just email for more information.

If you must cancel, you can stop your holiday subscription from auto-renewing by using your customer portal. Emails to cancel will NOT be honored as they are not always seen or delivered properly.

If you are being billed per box, your subscription will be cancelled for any boxes that have not yet billed. If you cancel after the box has renewed, your cancellation will go into effect after the current box has shipped. 

Annual Memberships are prepaid orders and are non-refundable as this product has already been purchased for you. However, you can stop your holiday membership from auto-renewing in your customer portal.

2025 Holiday Schedule

When will my next holiday box ship?

To the right you'll see our target schedule for the upcoming 2025 holidays, so you know when to expect your shipments. This should give you plenty of time to decorate for the upcoming holiday!

**We do our best to closely adhere to this schedule, but delays are possible. You will always be notified by email with tracking information once your box has shipped.

When will I be billed for my recurring holiday subscription?

To the right you'll see our billing schedule for the upcoming 2025 holidays, so you know when to expect your upcoming recurring charge.

Once the subscription renews, refunds will not be honored. 

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States and paid shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.

How long does shipping take?

Once your box has shipped, it should arrive to you within 3-5 business days.

My box never arrived, what should I do?

If there is a problem with delivery, we must be notified within 2 weeks of when you received your tracking information.  If we are not notified within this time frame, we cannot be held accountable for the missing box and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Returns

Can I return my box?

Given the seasonal nature of this product, all purchases are non-refundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

What if something arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at hello@theconfetticode.com and we will work to make it right!
